Cancellations & Refunds

To qualify for a refund cancellations must be notified at least 5 clear working days before the event with the exception of:

Golf Day - 14 days before event
Boatshow Lunch - 7 days before event
Christmas Lunch - 7 days before event

Name changes

Name changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the event with the exception of the Golf Day, Boatshow Lunch & Christmas lunch which is 7 days before the event.

Payment Terms

Please note payment is required at least 7 working days prior to event date. Cheques should be made payable to S&FCCI.
