Chamber Utilities - Important News

Building Energy Certification

By October this year all buildings that have public access will need to display an Energy Performance Certificate. In addition buildings that are over 1,000 sq.ft. and are for sale/leasing or for renting will need to have a Building Energy Performance Report and Certificate. This again, requires compliance under European legislation. There will be a run in period, but future non-compliance could incur penalties.

Keep a close eye on future Chamber eshots, more factual releases will be circulated shortly.

Chamber Healthcare

Managing risk and the issues of employee productivity and welfare all have to be dealt with.

Available to Chamber members, the Foresight Healthcare Plan is a cost effective excellent risk management tool as well as an extremely valuable employee benefit.
