Cancellations

If you cancel giving us more than 7 days notice you will receive a full refund less our admin fee which is 20% of the course value. When cancellations are received with less than 7 days notice or a delegate fails to attend no refund will be given.

Transfers

When a firm booking has been made for a course we allow one transfer to the same course on another date, provided that the space is available on the alternative date and the transfer notice is received 7 days prior to commencement of the original course.

No further transfers will be permitted and no refund will be made as a result of the transfer.

Name changes

Name changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to commencement of the course.

Payment terms

Please note payment is required at least 7 working days prior to course date.

Cheques should be made payable to SFCC&I.

Please note Southampton & Fareham Chamber of Commerce & Industry have the right to cancel any course should the minimum numbers not be met. In the case of cancellation delegates will be offered a full refund or a transfer onto the next available course.
