With effect from 1st April 2011, we are now issuing European Community Certificates of Origin and authenticating invoices etc in the revised name of Hampshire Chamber of Commerce. The official European Certificate of Origin and copy forms now reflect this change in our name as do the issuing stamps. If you currently hold any blank certificates in the name of Southampton & Fareham Chamber of Commerce & Industry, please contact the International Trade Team on 023 8022 3541 and we will arrange to replace your stock free of charge. Please note that this change does not affect the blank forms relating to the Arab-British Certificate of Origin or the HM Revenue & Customs documentation.
