Chamber Legal Expenses
We offer FOC to all fully paid-up Southampton & Fareham Chamber of Commerce members the above service which is a 24hr, 365 days a year Legal Helpline which has provided advice and guidance to businesses like yours in relation to any business legal problem that you may have encountered .
OPTION – open to all fully-paid up Members only
As well as the helpline there is insurance cover too, covering a range of costs that could so easily be incurred by your business.
What cover is included?
Your cover includes employment defence, prosecution defence, personal injury, court attendance allowance, professional licence protection, property legal protection, disputes with Landlords, TAX, VAT, PAYE, NIC in-depth investigations and Business Motoring. The policy offers legal fees of up to £50,000 for each of the covers included in the scheme.
Cost?
We are happy to advise we have negotiated on behalf of our members a preferential rate with the Coverholder Composite Legal Expenses for this exceptional insurance of £38.80 per member business.
