Through our partners, Chamber Telecommunications now has a national data network connecting 50 towns and cities in the UK, a London metropolitan network and routes to 40 international cities. Crosslink
Crosslink is a business-class service that significantly reduces international mobile call costs (by up to 70% against standard mobile operator tariffs) by routing calls from within the UK over an industry leading fixed line network.

The easy-to-use service can be used via your existing network provider and is supported on a range of business grade mobile handsets.

Once Crosslink is installed (a simple over-the-air download), customers do not have to undertake any additional set up or use calling and PIN codes or access numbers.

Contact Point and Contact Path (a multi-site version)

These are two new inbound services providing an easy-to-use website interface allowing self-management of inbound call routing plans and access to management information statistics.

Contact Point is ideal for single site users and offers features such as call routing by time of day or week day and diverts on engaged or unanswered calls.

Contact Path is ideal for multi-sited organisations needing extra features such as call routing by date or number as well as call distribution by area or percentage based routing.

A powerful feature is that these services work with both geographic and non geographic numbers.

With the service being based online the set-up time is fast the capital expenditure required to get started is minimal.
