Sponsorship
Sponsorship of Chamber events provides a great opportunity to raise your company profile within the local area and could also provide you with a platform for promoting a new product or service.
With normal event attendance in the region of 100-250 delegates, the events provide a captive audience of local businesses and a chance for you to make new business contacts. Involvement in the Chamber events is also a great way for you to show your support for your local Chamber of Commerce.
Sponsorship Package 2008
The sponsorship fee for 2008 has been set at £1250.00 plus VAT and includes:
- Branding in the events calendar (distribution 5,000)
- Branding on the event flyer (distribution 2,000)
- Branding on events tickets
- 2 places at the event, free of charge
- Company logo on our website against sponsored event of your choice
- Speaking slot of 15 minutes at the event
- Opportunity to enclose a promotional leaflet within the Chamber's monthly mailshot, circulation 1,400, two months prior to event
- Opportunity to display corporate stand and promotional materials at the event
If you would like to sponsor an event, you can be as involved as you want; you may wish to have just a stand and literature at the event or you may choose to use the speaking spot to provide an interesting talk on your company. Additionally, if you have a venue in mind, which you would like us to use, please let me know and we will try to accommodate your requests as best we can.
